Ann is the founder and CEO of Reverse Resources. She is one of the five finalists of Postcode Lottery Green Challenge 2018. Ann has been researching eco-innovation in the textile industry for nine years, to understand how great environmental ideas could be scaled up in a profitable and socially conscious way.

Prior to starting her own business, Ann analysed the economic upcycling benefits for Beximco, the largest garment producer in Bangladesh. This inspired her to start her own company to solve the biggest obstacle in upcycling: the lack of data on scraps in production.

In 2014, she founded Reverse Resources, a global online marketplace and fiber tracing system which encourages fashion brands and designers to buy leftover materials from manufacturers to produce new clothes. Reverse Resources has already launched pilots with two of the largest brands in the fashion industry and is working towards unlocking the potential of remanufacturing and recycling with digital support.

Ann holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
