Tell us about a moment when you felt really inspired
To see and honour more greenery.

What was your favourite entry?
I very much liked the Veranda Solar cells for your windowsill, because women were entering the male preserve of technical innovation and because of the attractiveness of the gadget. You definitely want one! Unfortunately, it didn't help the environment enough to win the grand prize.

What’s a great green product or service you use every day?
The off switch! Everyone has one, and if we used it more, it would really help the planet.

What do you hope to see this year?
Women competitors – for the rest, I'll let myself be surprised!
