TEUN WAGENAAR, 2010 FINALIST: SMART ENERGY GLASS
Plan: A window system that adjusts the intensity of incoming light and converts it to electricity.
Biography: Teun Wagenaar (1977) studied Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology. He supplemented this, with Technology Management at the ETH in Zurich. He got specialized in the technology transfer of highly innovative renewable energy concepts towards SME’s. He continued these activities within the newly founded consulting agency Amazuro. At Home Automation Europe he was responsible for company growth from 'newcomer to an authority in the field of energy management and home automation' as part of the management team. Within Peer+ Teun is responsible for implementing pilots, marketing, partnerships and finance.
