"Widespread innovation is urgently required to match the world's aspirations for human development with the constraints we face on energy, natural resources and carbon emissions. The Postcode Lottery Green Challenge highlights some of the most innovative green entrepreneurs working around the world today. And, for the winners the prize is transformational - 500,000 euros to fast-track a disruptive idea.
It's a pleasure to be involved in the jury – meeting the contestants each year I get a renewed sense of optimism about the power of entrepreneurs to solve environmental and social challenges."
This will be the third time that Jim serves as a member of the jury for the Postcode Lottery Green Challenge.
