Femke Rotteveel

Femke Rotteveel is account manager applications for the Dutch Postcode Lottery. She advises the directors and the Board on the lottery's supporting policies. Every year, she judges hundreds of applications from charity organisations in the Netherlands. The lottery was founded in 1989 and supports charities that work towards a just and green world. 50 per cent of the Dutch Postcode Lottery's income goes to charity. Since the founding of the lottery charities have received over 3 billion euros.


Before Femke Rotteveel joined the lottery in October 2006, she worked for eight years as Head of the Exhibition Department at the World Press Photo Foundation where she played a key role in the administration of the judging of the World Press Photo contest. Femke studied History and International Relations at the University of Amsterdam and Exeter University.
